You may request a refund through the RMA system if:
The item is defective or damaged
You received the wrong item
The item is not as described
The order was not delivered
The item is missing parts or accessories
Refund requests must be submitted within [7 days] of delivery.
Refunds will not be accepted for:
Digital or downloadable products (once accessed)
Perishable goods
Personalized/custom items
Opened hygiene or intimate items
Final sale items
Unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
To qualify for a refund:
The item must be unused (unless defective)
Original packaging must be included
Proof (photos/videos) may be required
Return must be approved before shipping back
Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
Submit an RMA request.
Seller reviews within [X business days].
If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refund is issued after item inspection (if return required).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: [5–10 business days] after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the seller is at fault.
If no agreement is reached with the seller, you may escalate the RMA to marketplace support for final review.
