Azoomar LLC – Seller Penalty Policy
(Effective as of Aug 2025)
This Seller Penalty Policy (“Policy”) is incorporated into and forms part of the Seller Agreement between Azoomar LLC (“Azoomar,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and each Seller (“you,” “your”).
By registering as a Seller and using the Azoomar Marketplace, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Scope
1.1. This Policy applies to all Sellers offering goods or services through the Azoomar Marketplace.
1.2. Penalties may be imposed for any conduct that violates the Seller Agreement, Marketplace rules, or applicable law.
2. Categories of Violations
The following actions constitute violations subject to penalties:
(a) Product Listing Violations
Listing counterfeit, unsafe, or prohibited products.
False, misleading, or deceptive descriptions.
Unauthorized use of intellectual property.
(b) Order & Fulfillment Violations
Late shipment or failure to ship.
Order cancellation without just cause.
Providing false tracking information.
(c) Customer Experience Violations
Harassing or misusing buyer information.
Soliciting buyers for off-platform sales.
Repeated negative reviews or poor service ratings.
(d) Payment & Financial Violations
Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks.
Failure to settle amounts owed to Azoomar.
Tax evasion or improper invoicing.
(e) Policy & Legal Violations
Breach of the Seller Agreement or Azoomar rules.
Abuse of promotions or referral programs.
Violation of applicable consumer protection or e-commerce laws.
3. Penalty Measures
Depending on severity and frequency, Azoomar may impose one or more of the following penalties:
Written Warning.
Monetary Fine (deducted from Seller balance).
Temporary Suspension of selling privileges.
Permanent Termination of account and access.
Withholding of Funds to cover refunds, damages, or fines.
Product Removal from the Marketplace.
4. Penalty Schedule
The following penalty amounts are illustrative and may be adjusted by Azoomar from time to time:

| Counterfeit or illegal products | $200 fine + removal | Permanent termination |
| Misuse of buyer data | $100 fine + suspension | Permanent termination |
| Fraudulent order/cancellation | $50 fine | $100 fine + suspension |
| IP infringement | $200 fine | Permanent termination |
| Off-platform solicitation | $100 fine | $200 fine + suspension |
5. Appeals
5.1. Sellers may appeal a penalty within 7 business days of notification by submitting written evidence to Azoomar via the Seller/Vendor Dashboard or email.
5.2. Azoomar will review and issue a final decision, which shall be binding.
6. Updates
6.1. Azoomar reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.
6.2. Notice of updates will be provided via email or Seller/Vendor Dashboard. Continued use of the Marketplace constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
