Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us first at info@azoomar.com.
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will provide you with the nearest drop-off location where you can return and exchange your product.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
