📜 Public Offer Agreement
This Public Offer (the “Agreement”) is an official and public offer of Africa Zoom Market (AZOOMAR), hereinafter referred to as the “Seller,” to any individual or legal entity (the “Buyer”), for the purchase of goods through the website www.azoomar.com.
By placing an order on this website, the Buyer accepts the terms of this Agreement.
1. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, the goods listed on the website in accordance with the prices, descriptions, and terms posted at the time of purchase.
2. Acceptance of the Offer
This Agreement becomes binding once the Buyer places an order and makes full or partial payment.
By doing so, the Buyer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed here.
3. Rights and Obligations
Seller’s Obligations:
To deliver the goods accurately and in a timely manner, according to the order.
To ensure the quality and proper packaging of the products.
To provide customer support in case of issues.
Buyer’s Obligations:
To provide accurate delivery and contact information.
To pay the full amount for the order, including any applicable delivery charges or taxes.
To comply with the applicable laws of their country for receiving goods.
4. Payment and Delivery
Payment is accepted via MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, Visa, or MasterCard.
Delivery is carried out by local and international couriers as detailed on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary.
5. Return and Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
The Buyer has the right to request a return or exchange within the allowed period if the product is defective or not as described.
6. Liability
- The Seller is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third parties (e.g. courier services, customs).
The Seller is not liable for improper use of the product by the Buyer.
7. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).
8. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
If no agreement is reached, the matter shall be referred to the competent court in Cameroon, unless otherwise required by international law.
