Azoomar LLC – Prohibited and Restricted Products Policy
(Effective as of Aug 2025)
This Prohibited and Restricted Products Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Seller Agreement between Azoomar LLC (“Azoomar,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and each Seller (“you,” “your”).
By offering products or services on the Azoomar Marketplace, you agree not to list, sell, or promote any items that fall into the following prohibited or restricted categories.
1. Illegal or Unauthorized Products
Counterfeit goods, replicas, or unauthorized copies.
Stolen property.
Goods that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights (trademark, copyright, patent).
Products banned by U.S. federal or Delaware state law, or by the laws of the buyer’s or seller’s jurisdiction.
2. Dangerous or Restricted Products
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or related parts/accessories.
Military-grade weapons or tactical gear restricted for civilian use.
Hazardous materials, chemicals, or toxic substances.
Drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
Alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, and vaping products (unless specifically authorized).
Items recalled by a government authority or regulatory body.
3. Health and Safety Violations
Food, beverages, supplements, or medicines not compliant with FDA or equivalent foreign authority regulations.
Products with expired, altered, or missing safety certifications.
Cosmetics or personal care items that do not meet labeling requirements.
Unsafe children’s products, toys, or baby equipment (e.g., without safety standards certification).
4. Offensive or Inappropriate Content
Pornography or sexually explicit materials.
Products that promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
Items related to illegal activities, including hacking tools or lock-picking devices.
Human remains, body parts, or related materials.
5. Financial and Services Restrictions
Multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes.
Lottery tickets, gambling devices, or games of chance.
Digital products or services that facilitate fraud, scams, or unauthorized access (e.g., hacking software, fake documents).
Payment services, financial instruments, or cryptocurrencies not expressly permitted by Azoomar.
6. Region-Specific Restrictions
6.1. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws in their own country and in the customer’s country.
6.2. If a product is legal in one country but prohibited in another, the seller must restrict sales accordingly.
7. Enforcement
Azoomar may remove any prohibited or restricted product listings without prior notice.
Sellers who violate this Policy are subject to penalties under the Seller Penalty Policy, including fines, suspension, or termination.
Funds from sales of prohibited items may be withheld or forfeited.
8. Updates
Azoomar reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Sellers will be notified via the Seller/Vendor Dashboard or email. Continued use of the Marketplace constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
