The sale of counterfeit products is strictly prohibited and is a serious violation of our policies, applicable intellectual property (IP) laws, and international trade regulations.
We actively investigate and take action against sellers who violate this policy. This may include account suspension, permanent removal from the platform, withholding of funds, and legal action.
2. What is a Counterfeit Product?
A counterfeit product is an item that is:
Imitating a genuine brand or product;
Bearing a brand’s trademark (or a confusingly similar mark) without the brand owner’s authorization;
Misrepresented as being made or endorsed by the brand when it is not;
Packaged in a way that is intended to mislead consumers into believing it is authentic.
This includes replicas, fakes, or any items that infringe on a brand’s intellectual property rights.
3. Seller Responsibilities
All sellers on Azoomar.com must:
Ensure that all products listed are authentic, original, and sourced from authorized distributors or manufacturers.
Maintain and provide proof of authenticity upon request (e.g., invoices, authorization letters).
Accurately describe products, including branding, condition, and origin.
Avoid using brand names, logos, or marketing materials unless they have the legal right to do so.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
* Listing or selling counterfeit products;
* Using brand names or trademarks in listings for unrelated products;
* Falsifying product origin or authenticity;
* Submitting fraudulent or altered documents to verify authenticity;
* Attempting to re-list removed products or create new accounts to avoid enforcement actions.
5. Enforcement Actions
Violations of this policy may result in the following actions, at our sole discretion:
Immediate removal of the product listing;
Suspension or termination of the seller’s account;
Withholding of funds from seller accounts;
Notification to the rights owner;
Legal action, including cooperation with law enforcement.
Repeated or egregious violations may lead to permanent marketplace bans.
6. Reporting Counterfeits
We take counterfeit concerns seriously. If you believe you have received a counterfeit product or found a listing that violates this policy, please report it through : info@azoomar.com
All reports are reviewed promptly. We may contact the reporting party for further information.
7. Rights Owner Protection (Brand Registry / IP Program)
Azoomar encourages brands and rights owners to enroll in our Brand Protection or IP Rights Program, which provides tools to:
Report suspected counterfeit or infringing listings;
Monitor and enforce intellectual property rights;
Request removal of unauthorized sellers.
8. Legal Compliance
This policy is governed by applicable laws related to counterfeit goods, including but not limited to:

Sellers are responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable laws in the regions where they operate or ship products.
9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Anti-Counterfeiting Policy from time to time. Sellers will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
