At 20 years old, everything was good for young Hal Elrod, until he was the victim of a road accident which left him seriously injured.
Immobilized, doctors told him that he would probably never be able to walk again.
Positive in nature, he is convinced that every event happens for a reason. His accident allowed him a “triumphant return to life”, he regained the use of his legs, became a coach, as well as the best salesman in his company and began writing a book on personal development 🇺🇸 .
Everything collapsed for him again in 2007 following the stock market crash: his clients, ruined, no longer used his services and his publisher fled with all the profits from his first book.
Deep in debt and depressed, Hal sinks into despair.
It was then that a friend convinced him to go for a run in the morning to “have clearer thoughts”.

The author’s inspiring story
First, Hal Elrod shares the journey that led him to develop Miracle Morning. While he has everything going for him, he is the victim of a terrible road accident. On his way home from the evening, a car hits him head-on on the highway. His body is in pieces, his brain suffers irreversible damage and he falls into a coma.
After a long period of convalescence, he gradually recovered and became aware of the importance of living life to the fullest:
In 2000, he returned to his sales position at Cutco.
In 2001, he began telling his story in high schools and universities.

In 2006, he released his first book but was cheated. He then decides to be accompanied by a professional coach. Then he became a personal development coach himself.
In 2007, his life fell apart again following the economic crisis. While he is in debt, his income is halved, and he can no longer repay his loans.
A year later, he confessed his situation to a friend and he began to get back on track for the umpteenth time. It was at this time that he tried a new morning routine that he began to develop.
In 2009, he experienced the best year of his life: he got married, witnessed the birth of his child and his Morning Routine went viral.
